Inspector Pedro Gonsalves, a veteran Goan cop who has little patience for technology, is stuck with a posting he considers beneath him — the Cyber Cell — after crossing a powerful sports minister. Around the same time, a young hacker named Pritam gets pulled into police custody over a missing tape recorder that belonged to his grandfather. When Pritam casually proves he can crack a major ATM heist in minutes flat, an impressed and reluctant Pedro strikes an unlikely deal with him: help track down the recorder in exchange for his skills. Neither man realizes this odd-couple arrangement is about to pull them both into something far bigger than a stolen gadget.
