Silo Season 3 Episode 1, "Who Are You?", picks up roughly three months after the explosive Season 2 finale. Juliette Nichols (Rebecca Ferguson) has survived the fire and now serves as the new Mayor of Silo 18 — but she has lost her memory of everything that happened before it. The people around her are only too happy to fill in the blanks. Robert Sims tells her that Bernard died of poison, hiding the truth that Bernard survived the fire and that Sims silenced him himself while he and Camille quietly seized power. Camille stays close to Juliette, and the episode slowly hints that her memory loss may not be an accident at all, as Sims tightens his grip on the silo while calling it democracy. Alongside the present-day story, the premiere opens the second timeline of the season, travelling back to the Before Times and introducing Charlotte "Charles" Keene, the sister of Congressman Daniel Keene, whose story begins to reveal how the silos came to exist.
