Episode 11 begins with Lee Han-young finally entering Suojae, the secretive power center that operates above the ordinary government and judiciary. Instead of finding people dedicated to serving the country, Han-young witnesses officials openly manipulating government policy, political campaigns and special activity funds for their own interests. A leaked Hanyang new-city development plan becomes a valuable opportunity for the Suojae members, who discuss using government information to profit from future construction projects. Han-young realizes that Kang Shin-jin and former President Park Gwang-to are far more dangerous than he previously imagined and silently resolves to bring both of them down. Meanwhile, Han-young continues his investigation into the corruption surrounding S Shopping. Using records connected to Jeongdaun Savings Bank, he identifies illegal loans and hidden slush funds belonging to Jang Tae-sik and his father, Jang Yong-hyeon. Han-young also recruits people around him to help expose the financial network, while Kim Jin-ah prepares to move against Tae-sik through an emergency arrest. The investigation becomes especially dangerous because Kang Shin-jin has protected Tae-sik for years and is determined to prevent the prosecution from reaching the larger S Group fortune. Han-young's earlier Miracle Asia operation also creates a serious problem when Lee Seong-dae discovers evidence linking Han-young and Park Cheol-woo to the disappearance of his three billion won. Seong-dae confronts them and threatens to expose everything, but Han-young turns the situation around by revealing records of Seong-dae's own bribery transactions and forcing him to back down. Rather than allowing Seong-dae's greed to destroy the operation, Han-young uses his illegal financial records as leverage and effectively cuts him off from Kang Shin-jin's protection. At the same time, Han-young's personal relationship with Yoo Se-hee becomes more complicated. Se-hee begins to understand that the man Han-young has become is very different from the corrupt judge she once knew. During a meal with Han-young's mother, Se-hee experiences a warm family atmosphere and later asks Han-young what kind of person he truly is to her. She confronts him about his former corruption, his relationship with Haenal Law Firm and the divorce that separated them, but Han-young struggles to reveal the truth about his second chance at life. Away from their relationship, Han-young sends S Shopping's loan records to Baek Yi-seok and coordinates a plan with Kim Jin-ah and reporter Song Na-yeon. Their objective is not simply to arrest Tae-sik but to use Tae-sik's hidden 50 billion won to expose the much larger fortune controlled by his father. The plan works when news spreads that Tae-sik has 50 billion won hidden at Jeongdaun Savings Bank. Public outrage explodes, and Tae-sik is forced to admit that S Shopping obtained illicit loans and that he hid the money under an alias. Han-young knows that in his previous life Tae-sik escaped with a suspended sentence while his father, Jang Yong-hyeon, protected his enormous slush funds by sacrificing his own son. This time, Han-young intends to prevent the same outcome. Jang Yong-hyeon attempts to protect Tae-sik by using his influence with the prosecution, but Kang Shin-jin sees an opportunity of his own. Shin-jin reveals that Yong-hyeon has approximately 500 billion won hidden through various financial channels and demands 100 billion won in exchange for protecting S Group. He proposes allowing Tae-sik to take the blame while using the prosecution and Han-young's position as judge to create the appearance of a fair punishment. Han-young realizes that Shin-jin is sacrificing Tae-sik to protect the much larger financial empire and that the same strategy could expose the entire network. Tae-sik, furious that his father is willing to sacrifice him, decides to delay his arrest and secretly orders his lawyer to find someone who can eliminate Kim Jin-ah. Meanwhile, Han-young and Jin-ah discover that the Deputy Prosecutor General ordered Tae-sik's detention, most likely under pressure from Shin-jin and Yong-hyeon. They realize that the arrest is designed to end the investigation before it reaches Yong-hyeon's enormous hidden fortune. Han-young therefore decides to use Tae-sik's 50 billion won as the first step toward uncovering the hundreds of billions controlled by his father. He knows that exposing Yong-hyeon's money will also strike directly at Kang Shin-jin and Park Gwang-to. The episode closes with Han-young and his allies preparing to seize Tae-sik's hidden funds and use the investigation to shake the entire S Group structure. As Tae-sik becomes increasingly desperate and begins planning retaliation against Kim Jin-ah, Han-young moves deeper into the enemy's world while turning the corrupt financial system against itself. His next target is no longer just one corrupt judge or businessman—the ultimate goal is to expose the enormous money network connecting Jang Yong-hyeon, Kang Shin-jin and Park Gwang-to.
